  FIFTA is the government implementing agency responsible for the promotion and facilitation of foreign direct investment in the country.

Investment Registration

  • Its pre-registration service focuses on providing investors with first-hand information, advice and guidance on making investment and doing business in Mongolia, including professional assistance in compiling registration documents
  • Its registration service is directed to issue a certificate of incorporation with foreign investment or representative office based on investor’s application
  • Its post-registration service concentrates on assistances to investors in facilitating initial stages of the investment process and running the business, including supporting import of capital and equipment, issuing official letter to a responsible authority for investor’s residency permission and multiple entry visa to Mongolia, and assisting with guidance on problems faced by investors at relevant authorities level
